War on Christians

I want to start this by saying I am not religious and have no bias in this subject.

According to Senator Rand Paul there is a war of Christians right now that is being ignored by the president and the media. Christians in Syria are are starting to become nervous about losing their homes after Islamists brought down a cross and hoisted a black flag on a church in the Syrian city of Raqqah, and as the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria gain power. I also believe there is some aggression in America if yo think about it. Tim Tebow is constantly under scrutiny for being a christian while Michael Vick fought dogs and it didn't see nearly the coverage. Other places of attack can be seen in the military; Soldiers in a Mississippi base were taught that the American Family Association was a “hate group”.

Breithart Government Shutdown

Breithart Government Shutdown

The Breithart memorial was shut down due to the government shutdown. The WWII veterans went to visit the memorial as they do once a year. The memorial is shutdown due to the fact funds aren't there, but according to the drudge report the security of the park have not have their funding cut. Therefore the Obama administration actually spent money to close down the park for what ever reason. So the veterans stormed the barricades to get to the memorial (once again the older generation does what's right) and had their celebration anyway. They did this the following day along with some republican congressmen.

I don't see any point in this. The current administration is going to take another blow for this because even left wingers are for WWII vets because of their contributions and sacrifices to our country.
